The crew acted as true professionals. They showed concern for us as business owners and towards our customers and our property. They were careful to keep the area safe and clean. I was particularly impressed with how the crew worked together and how they treated each other, they appeared to have true concern for each other and each others needs. That type of unity, cooperation and brotherhood is often missing in construction. When it is missing things do not go well. Every person encountering these workers was greeted with a smile and an acknowledging nod.
The finished job was near perfect, a job like this cannot correct a 75 year old building back to perfection.
We have several other commercial properties, Draper has already started on others. We would not consider any other company for our remaining buildings or any we acquire in the future.

Unlike some, we were blessed to only have roof damage. Short story, after 6 months, 5 inspectors (one who was so drunk he almost fell off the roof), 6 adjusters, and a thousand plus pics, we finally have new roofs. And Trace was here for all of it. Highly recommend! They were professional, prompt and did a great job. We had them first replace a flat roof on a commercial building, they did such a great job that we had them repair and seal another commercial tin building.

He only charged me a token of $150, but for the repair I would have been willing to pay much more. The repair was a good repair, but the entire problem wasn't fixed so Todd came back to follow up. He truly did me a favor and saw to it that my problem was fixed, rather than just trying to appease me. I recommend the company myself. The service is great and Todd was friendly.
